At Warrior Style, our goal is to create Warriors inside and outside the gym. The fusion of eastern and western training techniques creates a powerful mind/body workout that promotes physical transformation and self-defense skills. Anyone with the will can become a Warrior.
The Training
Warrior Style training is a dynamic blend of Muay Thai, Western Boxing and elements of Tae Kwon Do and Tai Chi with bodyweight strength drills and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The workout is challenging, fun and effective for all fitness levels, from beginners to professional athletes.
The Results
The results of Warrior Style training are both physical and mental: a strong, lean physique, greater muscle tone and cardiovascular capacity, decreased body fat, increased focus and reduced stress.
