THE PRIVATE WORKOUT
Warrior Style offers private and semi-private sessions*
with a focus on Muay Thai and boxing, Warrior Style sessions blend shadowboxing and pad work with strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.
Sessions are designed to benefit students of all levels, whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete. New Warriors learn the basic movements required for shadowing and pad work. Advanced Warriors will have the opportunity to participate in one-on-one and/or group sparring. Warrior Style training creates an environment as close as possible to being in the ring.
