Warrior Style offers private and semi-private sessions with a focus on Muay Thai and boxing*
Warrior Style sessions blend shadowboxing and pad work with strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. Sessions are designed to benefit students of all levels, whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete. New Warriors learn the basic movements required for shadowing and pad work. Advanced Warriors will have the opportunity to participate in one-on-one and/or group sparring. Warrior Style training creates an environment as close as possible to being in the ring.
